Tenant Handbook
The tenant handbook for the center includes several best practices, but does not encompass every possible scenario. Ciminelli offers this information as a supplement to each tenants existing internal policies.
Tenant Contact Form
We ask that each tenant complete and return the tenant contact form as soon as possible. Ciminelli only sends statements via email, so a billing email address is very important. When entering emergency contact telephone numbers, please ensure these are after hours cell phone numbers.
